Murat Akagündüz’s “Vertigo,” a recent solo show at Istanbul’s Arter - Space for Art curated by Aslı Seven, featured a new series of paintings based on Google Earth images, portraying several of the world’s highest mountain peaks located along the Alpine-Himalayan orogenic belt.
