Curation on the Move

The recent and immanent establishment of several institutional courses in contemporary curation across Asia appears to be an inevitable cultural adjunct to the economic and political effects of globalization in the region. Proceeding from the liberalization of economic, cultural and political space throughout Asia, a reciprocal curatorial conduit is now in place. This conduit both fuels the development of new aesthetic institutions, giving further currency to the arts in the region and, on a global scale, lays down a conceptual path that Asian artists and curators…
