Controversy continues to surround a memorial for civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on the National Mall in Washington, DC, following last year’s announcement that Chinese sculptor Lei Yixin would be tapped to create King’s 28-foot-tall effigy for the memorial.
