'Photography and Beyond in Japan: Space, Time and Memory' presents a conceptual snapshot of life in Contemporary Japan. In focusing on the three stated concepts the selected artists pushed the pedestrian medium of photography to its limits, presenting thought beyond the static, superficial reality generally associated with the medium.
